welcome to calvary IN the sea.  we are a church based group associated with 'malama maunalua' and are dedicated to the restoration and preservation of the bay fronting our sanctuary.  we will be engaged in removing invasive alien algae from the reef flat; monitoring the recreational use of the bay; mapping the reef flat; identifying the local inhabitants and monitoring their populations as our efforts progress.   anyone at calvary is welcome to participate.   we'll meet between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on saturdays. our schedule of activities and field trips will appear here on our webpage and in calvary calls and the weekly bulletins.  if you have questions or comments contact michael or nyki for more information.  see you in the water!

our latest field trip was a snorkeling expedition to hanauma bay on the 19th of december.  photos are posted on the photos page.
