AS we have embraced the TRIBE system for community building and worship support at CBTS.... CONGRATULATIONS!!  We have made it through the first round for every group. And e komo mai to all the new members of the CBTS `ohana; we look forward to welcoming you into a Tribe…a small group of families that bond together and demonstrate stewardship of our church, for a one month period every 7 months.
 
It is time to revisit the way Tribes work and collect feedback to fine tune the system for success.  Please participate in this process.
 
I would especially like to honor all the experienced task trainers and  the Tribe Conveners for their awesome work in communicating, organizing and scheduling.  We asked that they play this role for one round only...be sure to express your gratitude to them!
 
MOST TRIBES ARE IN NEED OF NEW CONVENERS FOR ROUND 2.
Please consider and pray about whether you could do this task for one month for your group.  And let us know if you are willing, or have questions.  If not, be prepared for us to call ask you to step up! It is critical that everone share the responsibility to have this system work over the long term.
 
The ALTAR tasks may get a different system for being covered.  You will still belong to your Tribe (but be exempt from regular Tribe assignments), and  be part of sub-group that focuses on Altar tasks. Please let us know if you are willing to serve in this way.  There are some folks who concentrated on and mastered these tasks during the tribe rotations-we'd love to hear from you!
